STLC is a lubricants venture that S-OIL and TOTAL, the fifth-largest oil and gas company in the world, launched in Korea in 2008. After its launch, STLC set up the project to integrate its No. 2 lube oil plant into its No. 1 lube oil plant in Ulsan and double its production capacity.
The project began in June 2009. Under the project, they built a finished product warehouse, improved bulk loading facilities and installed an automated high-speed filling system for small-packaged products to double our production capacity.
The integration project will help the company seek steady growth in Korea.
Furthermore, a production system of 2,500 barrels and distribution provision by region were established. By producing and supplying various products used in lubricant and industrial sites for automobiles, the company stands high in status as the leading company in Korea’s lubricant market
