International Film Festivals in Korea

Out of the many great and small film festivals that are held in Korea each year, the three international festivals, Busan International Film Festival, Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival and Jeonju International Film Festival are not to be missed. Busan International Film Festival LINK

More info: Busan International Film Festival was the first international film festival in Korea and is held annually in Haeundae-gu, Busan every October. The festival has received much spotlight in Asia and has attracted the attention of professionals across all film industries. The festival screens a variety of movies including international premieres as well as showcases new experimental films.

Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival LINK

When: July of each year

More info: This is a non-competitive festival held every year in Bucheon, Gyeonggi-do, introducing new films. The themes of the festival are ‘Love, Fantasy and Adventure’; yet, the festival is renowned for focusing largely on fantasy movies. Audiences will enter the exotic fantasy world, watching different genres of movies including horror, action and romance.

Jeonju International Film Festival LINK

When: April of each year

More info: This international movie festival, held in Jeonju, Jeollabuk-do, is a non-competitive completion that still manages to feature a few elements of competition under the themes of 'Freedom, Independence and Communication'. These festival aims to screen the most-talked-about films in the digital and independent movie genres.

How to get to the Kyung-In Women's University from Incheon International Airport?

There are many ways you can go to the Kyung-In Women's University from Incheon International Airport.


Some people might catch a cab and pay together. It takes about 40 minutes and costs about 25,000 won. However, it depends on the traffic flow.

Others can take a bus from Incheon International Airport.

Followings are useful information for those who want to take a bus to get to the Kyungn-In Women's University.

1. First of all, you need to go to exit no.9 of the Incheon International Airport.

 2. Then you'll see the bus stop of #302.

 

3. Catch the bus #302, and tell the bus driver "Kyung-In Women's University". and take a seat near the bus driver. Then he could help you where to get off.  The name of bus stop is "Shin Dongyang Apartment". When you get off the bus stop, you'll see the sign of Kia as below.

4. When you cross the road, you'll see orange color sign on your right as below.

5. Keep going straight until you reach the sight as below.

6. Then, turn right. you'll see this scenary as below.

 7. Keep going straight about 5 minutes. Then you'll see Kyung-In Women's Universitiy on your left.
